General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Individual Sessions, Seminars and Workshops

Participation in our services requires full acceptance of the following registration and participation terms and conditions.

1. Participation Requirements and Registration Procedure 
1.1. Your registration becomes effective as soon as we have received the completed written registration form by email.
1.2. After carefully reviewing this document, you will receive a confirmation of registration.
1.3. The confirmation of registration contains relevant information and payment details.
1.4. Your place in the respective program is reserved only after you have received the confirmation of registration.
1.5. The confirmation of registration will inform you when you will receive the invoice for the seminar or workshop.
1.6. The amount due must be transferred within ten days of receipt of the invoice.
1.7. If you have not received any notification or invoice within 21 days (3 weeks) prior to the start of the seminar, please inform us immediately.
1.8. Any changes to the scope of services require our written confirmation.
1.9. For individual sessions, you will receive your invoice within one week after the session. The amount due must be transferred within seven days of receipt of the invoice.

2. Participation Requirements 
2.1. No specific prior training or qualifications are required to participate in our services.
2.2. Our services include numerous opportunities for self-exploration, which may involve emotional challenges.
2.3. A fundamental willingness to engage in this process voluntarily and on your own responsibility is essential for a positive participation experience. We will provide support and guidance throughout this process in order to ensure a safe environment.
2.4. It is expressly emphasized that we make no promises or guarantees of healing and are not permitted to provide therapeutic services before, during or after the training.
2.5. Personal responsibility for individual processes is therefore essential, and participants are encouraged to take responsibility for their own learning and development.
2.6. During participation in our services, we are available to answer questions and provide support.

3. Cancellation and Non-Attendance
3.1. Cancellation of Courses
3.1.1. We reserve the right to cancel courses in writing if the minimum number of participants is not reached or if unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, arise.
3.1.2. Participants will be informed of any course cancellation as soon as possible.
3.1.3. In the event of cancellation, participants will receive a refund of any seminar fees already paid. No further claims may be asserted.
3.2. Withdrawal Prior to Payment
3.2.1. Reserved places may be cancelled at any time by email prior to receipt of payment.
3.2.2. Once payment has been received, the amount paid is non-refundable.
3.3. Missing a Module
3.3.1.  If you are unable to attend a particular module (e.g. due to illness), you may complete the module in the members’ area (password-protected access).
3.3.2. This arrangement enables participants to catch up on missed content individually, while the financial obligation remains limited to the time actually used.

4. Certification 
4.1. Once you have completed all required modules, a certificate will be issued to you and sent by post.
4.2. Completing all modules either through the live seminars or in the members’ area ensures that participants acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to receive the certificate, while also providing flexible options in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

5. Disclaimer 
5.1. Our work focuses primarily on energetic healing and the expansion of consciousness outside the scope of any form of medical or therapeutic practice.
5.2. Authorization to Practise Healing and Responsibility
5.2.1. We expressly point out that we do not hold a license to practise medicine or healing and are therefore not authorized to provide therapeutic treatment or to treat specific disorders or conditions classified as illnesses.
5.2.2. We accept no responsibility for physical or psychological harm of any kind that may occur before, during or after participation in our services. Our intention is to provide participants with holistic guidance, advice and support in finding greater fulfilment, inspiration and strength in life.
5.2.3. Participants bear full responsibility for their actions and decisions and may discontinue their participation at any time if they wish to do so.
5.2.4. Participants are asked to carefully read the description of the seminar or workshop and to contact us if anything is unclear, in order to understand the nature and process of our work and determine whether the service is suitable for them.
5.2.5. Participation in seminars and workshops is at the participant’s own risk, and our instructions must be followed without restriction.

6. Minors 
6.1. For minors, the registration must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

7. Copyright and Use of Materials 
7.1. As part of our services, materials protected by copyright are provided. These may include teaching materials, books or multimedia content. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, you agree that these materials may be used exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7.2. As a participant, you acknowledge that all materials provided are the property of Federica Gullè and are protected by copyright.
7.3. Any use, reproduction, distribution or public presentation of the materials provided is permitted only with the express written consent of Federica Gullè. 

8. Complaints Procedure 
8.1. Submission of Complaints
8.1.1. If you, as a participant, wish to make a complaint, you may contact us by email.
8.1.2. The complaints procedure begins with the submission of a written complaint setting out the relevant details precisely.
8.2. Handling and Response
8.2.1. We will process any complaints as quickly as possible and respond appropriately.
8.2.2.  If a satisfactory solution cannot be reached, you may contact an external dispute resolution body or the relevant supervisory authority.
8.3. Confidentiality and Protection
8.3.1. We undertake to treat complaints confidentially and to ensure that you, as a participant, will not suffer any disadvantage as a result of making a complaint.

9. Data Protection 
9.1. Collection and Use of Personal Data
9.1.1. When registering for a seminar or workshop, we collect and store personal data necessary for effective communication with you. This includes your first name, surname, postal address, telephone number, email address and date of birth.
9.1.2. We will use the contact details you provide to send you all relevant information concerning the event for which you have registered.
9.2. Purpose-Limited Use of Data
9.2.1. Your data will not be used for any other purposes.
9.2.2. For any use beyond the purposes stated above, we will always obtain your separate consent, which you may freely grant or refuse. This may include, for example, sharing your contact details with other participants for the purpose of coordinating travel arrangements, subscribing to the newsletter or receiving information about events by email. It may also include the use of photographs taken during courses for future promotional purposes (on our website, in flyers, descriptions of services or newsletters).
9.2.3. These data protection provisions ensure that your data is used only for its intended purpose and that your privacy is protected.
9.2.4. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.

10. Legal Clause 
10.1. Effectiveness and Validity
10.1.1. If individual provisions of IUNISONO’s General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the agreement as a whole.
10.2. Replacement Provision in the Event of Invalidity
10.2.1. In place of an invalid provision, a provision shall apply that the parties would have agreed upon had they been aware of the invalidity, in order to achieve the economic purpose of the agreement. This replacement provision ensures that, in the event that a provision is invalid, an alternative provision takes effect that corresponds as closely as possible to the economic intent and purpose of the original agreement.
10.3. Application in the Event of Gaps in the Provisions
10.3.1. The principles set out above shall also apply in the event of a gap in these provisions.
10.3.2.  The parties undertake, within the limits permitted by law, to agree upon a provision that corresponds to the economic purpose of the agreement and appropriately addresses any such gaps.
10.3.3. This legal clause ensures that any invalid provisions or gaps in these General Terms and Conditions do not affect the overall validity of the agreement.
